In the 1st ED videogame installment the main plot is this. After the Army of Darkness Ash goes back to his time and meets the girl of his dreams!
her name is Jenny. So they start going out for a couple of years untill Ash`s nightmares start keeping him awake at night so Jenny aggrees to help
so they go back to the cabin where it all started.
